Clinic starts at 10 AM on Saturday, 15 March 2008 at the Shore Drive Entrance to First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach, VA. Participants should come prepared to be outside for the duration of the clinic (approx
4 hours); registered participants will receive full details 2 weeks prior to the clinic. Space is limited. The fee for this clinic is $20/person.

What you need to bring: |
Money for park entrance, a compass, clothing
appropriate for outdoor/athletic activity, a
mountain bike for the bike portion of introductory
Adventure Clinic Course (if desired), additional
food and drink for the adventure course (i.e.,
hydration pack, protein bars, trail mix,
Oreos...)and a desire to share a few laughs and have
fun!

What HRA will provide: |
Quality AR Instruction, entertaining real-life
adventure racing examples, maps, map tools, pens,
pencils, zip lock bag for waterproofing maps, snacks
and drinks.
