SPROUTE 2010

UPDATE:  Registration is now open

We are about a week from opening registration for the SPROUTE. I am trying to finalize location permits/pricing before I open registration. We just about have that part complete. It is going to be a fun race. I can’t wait.

I’m also working on planning the 2010 Tidewater Traverse. I have not firmly set a date yet other than July sometime. Details should be out in about 2-3 weeks.

Now quit surfing the internet and get back to training
